Launchpad Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd. is a centre of excellence for Manpower (Placement/Recruitment) services and Sales & Soft skill training, incorporating best practices of the industry.

PROFILE OF BOARD OF DIRECTORS
The directors of Launchpad come from diverse backgrounds, having solid foundations in sales, operations and business development of FMCG, IT and manufacturing firms. A sound knowledge of Indian Industries coupled with theoretical expertise in management, technical and IT fields provides Launchpad a holistic vision of growth through thorough understanding of training needs and providing customized solutions to their client.
 
Mr. C.V. Muralidharan
Muralidharan joined Panasonic Battery Company India Ltd. in 1979 with responsibility for leading the company's sales strategies and execution.

With more than 27 years' experience in the FMCG industry, Muralidharan has held a variety of senior marketing and business development role at Panasonic Battery Company India Ltd. managed the overall business and was directly accountable for sales in the entire country. Prior to this he also spent two years at Berger Paints.

During his twenty seven year tenure at Panasonic, he had transformed the company into one of the fastest growing and most successful of Panasonic's business. He was also a key member of the executive management team which has undertaken many sales developmental activities like development and launch of new products etc.

C.V.Muralidharan graduated from Calicut University with specialization in Economics. He completed his Post graduate diploma in Marketing Management. He has done Sales and Marketing management coursed from Indian Institute of Management, Ahemedabad (IIM-A), TATA Management training centre, Pune and Overseas Training center, Osaka, Japan.
 

 
 
Mr. Neel Ratna Srivastav
Neel is a Mechanical Engineer and has done his PGDM (MBA) from one of the top 10 management institutes of India - Indian Institute of Management, Khozikode (IIM-K).

A distinction holder throughout his academic life, he started his career with Reliance Industries Ltd. He then moved on to work with Jacobs Engineering and L&T Chiyoda Ltd. for close to 6 years.

To enhance the job experience he went on to do his post graduation from IIM with Marketing and Finance as specialization and then worked as a Business Development Manager in BOC , Kolkata.

Since last 3 years he is involved in training and development of students creating a paradigm shift in their foundation building.

 
PROFILE OF SELECT TRAINERS
Mr. Daljit Singh Sabharwal
Daljit is a Science graduate with management diploma in Sales and Marketing. He has working experience of more than 22 years in Sales, Marketing and Business Development with National and Multinational TELECOM / FMCG / PHARMA majors: Reliance Communications, Hindustan lever Ltd, S.C.Jhonson Pvt.Ltd, Torrent Laboratories, Parenteral Drugs Pvt.Ltd.

Daljit has rich experience of sales and soft skill training. He has the training expertise to design and execute highly effective programs.

Being a part of India's best training institute (Reliance Nis academy) he has been exposed to latest and innovative training methodologies.

Till now he has imparted OJT and Classroom trainings to more than 1000 participants of Hindustan lever ltd, more than 2000 partcipants of Reliance Communication, and about 1000 management students of different institutes.


 
Ms. Monica Menon
Monica completed her graduation in English Literature from Pune University in the year 1987. She worked with NIIT for close to 8 years. During this tenure she participated in a lot of training programs and activities conducted by NIIT for their staff at the School for Employee Education and Development Delhi.

She worked as a trainer with NIIT's division called Planetworkz..

Later she joined AHA (Air Hostess Academy) as their faculty for training the students on various aspects like Effective Communication, Interpersonal Communication, Attitude building, Creative Thinking, Business Etiquettes, Office Politics, Team Building and Management, Time Management, Transactional Analysis, Organizational Structure, Leadership skills, Goal setting, Presentation skills, Motivation, Telephone Etiquettes, Stress Management, Handling Interviews and Group discussions etc. to name a few.

Currently, she is an employee of "Launch pad Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd" as a trainer for Personality Development and Soft Skills training .

She is also working as a visiting faculty for Personality Development and English language for another Air Hostess Training Institute called "Flying Cats" and a visiting faculty for "The Jindal school of Hotel Management".
