division is headed by a person who has had over 30 years of pan India
experience in all aspects of sales in FMCG and is fully qualified to be
your sales partner.
Our aim is to support small and medium sized companies to
market their products all over India at a cost much lower than it would
be if the client attempted to set up their own sales staff. We, at

Off ROLL MANPOWER SOLUTIONS
The
staff of the client company is maintained on our pay rolls, reducing the
hassles of managing and preparing payrolls, PF, ESI accounts etc. On a
small fee, the company saves on providing perks of permanent employment,
cost of manpower and reduces the cost of managing manpower.
We can accommodate existing staff as well as hire new staff
as per the client company requirement. Companies are opting for this
solution as they have more flexibility, save cost and can focus on their
core activities.
We prepare and sign contracts and from the following month,
the employee is on our payroll. When new requirements are needed, the
client company may hire from their resources and place them on our pay
roll or we could do the same for an additional fee.
STAFFING SERVICES
Launchpad maintains a pre-recruited employee pool on our roll and can
provide competent staff instantly as per the client company requirement
without disturbing the schedule. Once a request is placed we can provide
staff within two working days. They can be on deputation till needed
and can be cancelled giving a four day notice.
By registering with us and paying an annual retaining fee, a
client company can place requirements as and when the need arises.
This is also an effective way for recruitment as the
employee can be assessed before taking them permanently on the pay roll.
This also reduces the hassle of managing long leaves or resignation of
regular employees.
